Who can use Luvally

You must be 18 or older. Luvally is a private space designed for two consenting adults in a relationship — romantic, partnered, or otherwise close.

Your account

You’re responsible for the security of your device and credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, write to [email protected] and we’ll help you lock it down.

Premium subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel at any time in Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds, but if something feels wrong, write to us — we’ll listen.

Content you create

You own everything you write. For private content, you grant us the limited operational license needed to store and sync it between your and your partner’s devices. If you submit a community comment, you also grant us the limited license needed to review it and, once approved, display it to signed-in members who can access the related content. We will never use your content to train models, target ads, or market to you.

Community comments

Comments must follow these terms and are reviewed before publication. We may approve, reject, hide, or remove comments to operate the service and enforce acceptable use. You may edit or delete your own comment; an edited comment must be reviewed again before it is visible. Comments do not influence personalized recommendations.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Luvally to harass, coerce, threaten, or surveil anyone — including a partner. We will close accounts that violate this, and cooperate with appropriate authorities when we’re asked to.

Limits of liability

The service is provided as-is. We work hard to be reliable but can’t promise zero downtime. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to what you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Changes

If we materially change these terms, we’ll let you know in-app at least 30 days before. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
